A fan asks for a call. That is not a chat to bluff through. Fan Auto stops automating that conversation and routes it to a person on your team. No promise, no price, no dodge. In one recorded moment, that took 97 seconds from the fan’s request.
On for the pages you choose.
Fan Auto runs only on creator pages that have been explicitly enabled. Signing in, connecting a page, or adding a team member does not switch it on. Each page keeps its own content, prices, and settings.
Pause and stop, any time.
Every enabled page has pause and disable controls. Your team can also open any conversation and take over whenever they want; Fan Auto steps back for that chat.
Every decision on the record.
Each decision Fan Auto makes, and each message it sends, is logged with the conversation state it saw at the time. Behaviour comes from published, versioned releases of the Decision Brain, so what ran on a page is always known.
Safeguards before every send.
Before a message goes out, safeguards check it against the page’s rules: only approved content, only allowed prices, no repeated offers, and no messages into a chat a person has taken over. If a fan says he is under 18, the conversation stops for good.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS
Questions about human handoff and controls.
When does Fan Auto hand a conversation to a person?
When a fan asks for something only the creator or team can decide, such as a call, or when the page’s rules reserve a situation for a person. Automation stops for that chat, it is routed to an authorized person, and nothing is promised or priced in the meantime. The rest of the page keeps running.
Can my chatters still work the page?
Yes. Your team can open any conversation and take over at any time, and Fan Auto steps back for that chat. Teams run Fan Auto on some pages and keep chatters on others, or let it cover the hours when nobody is on shift. Nothing about the page or its content changes.
How do I turn it off?
Each enabled page has pause and disable controls in Fan Auto. Pausing stops new sends and holds the page’s timers; disabling stops all automation on that page entirely, for as long as you like. Neither recalls messages already delivered, and both take effect immediately, without a deployment, a support ticket, or anyone outside your team.
Is there a record of what it sent and why?
Yes. Every decision and every send is logged with the conversation state Fan Auto saw when it decided, including waits and handoffs. Decisions come from published, versioned releases of the Decision Brain, so you can always tell which version ran on a page, when, and what it chose to do.
What does it refuse to do?
It will not sell content the creator has not approved, price outside the page’s limits, promise a call, message into a chat a person has taken over, or keep talking to a fan who says he is under 18. Those situations either stop the conversation or go to a person on your team.
